Yo man, my best advice would be to search. This stuff has been covered a bunch of times.

Since you already have the coil spacers, I'd get the 2.5 AAL or Old Man Emu leaf packs (medium duty.) I think you should get the full leaf packs. If I were you I would completely forget the though of shackles or blocks.

You should get new leaves.

Next best is to get a AAL - some will disagree. They will not last more then 3~ years. Although with the quality of the XJ stock leaves the shackles will make them sag and wear worse then they already are.

Lastly, would be to get shakles. You should get som that are adjustable in case you get new leaves in the future (likely) because of the further sag you will get.

Dont get blocks. They do not work on XJ's. forget what people tell you, they probably put them on their 80's pickups.

Furthermore,

with 2" lift you need nothing changed. If you want to get new shocks, then the JK stock shocks will work great all around up to 3".

3" lift you will need a track bar and rear brakeline etc.

Did you bother to read the link in post #6??? You are not listening to the advice from people who have lifted and wheeled their rigs for years.

Air shocks are for hauling and street queens, not jeeps. They are not for lifts, springs are.

You can use shackles and risk fatiguing worn leaf packs, AAL and risk sagging in a year, Bastard packs and do a bit better than most AAL, or buy a proper lifting full leaf pack. You have choices, air shocks and lift block spacers are not them.
