Your setup is so sick. What leafs did you end up with again? Stock & a AAL correct? And just a 3" Rustys coil?

Thanks man! Yup, just a 3 inch AAL with a stock pack and a 3 inch coil. Suspension is still far from done. I still need longer rear shocks, trim the shock mounts on the Dana 30, think I'm staying short arm and going with either Clayton or Rokmen. Also needs a shackle relocation in the rear. Bumpstops and skids are your friends being this low.

Seems like it, I think 33's will be big enough for me though. 35's seem like alot of extra weight.

If you are interested, I'll sell you my Rokman arms for a good deal. It will motivate me to stretch.

The hell they wont. A full weld is absolutely stronger than stitch welds. I don't know why someone would stitch weld sliders in the first place, you stitch weld thin sheet metal so that you don't burn through or warp it.

Sliders and fuel tank right now. Going to build a completely flat crossmember and clock the transfer case very soon.

Stitch welded them because it seemed that's what most were doing. I'm going to go back and do some lore welding then brace them.

I may have a set of currie arms I can sell you bud. Adjustable upper & lowers, JJ on both ends. My buddy had them after he went long arm and idk if he sold them yet or not.
What would you say about 33's vs 35's in terms of weight & stress on the jeep itself? Suspension and sch as well? I've got my WJ steering about to go on, actually just picked up my hubs a few minutes ago lol. So braking & steering won't be a concern!

Never ran 33's much but 35's aren't bad as far as power like everyone says. As far as strength goes, at this point I have only broke one shaft on the 30 and that was from losing a u joint cap. I was bouncing the Jeep and getting some wheel spin going so that was the main cause. As you can see in the vid, I have used the skinny pedal a bit and haven't had much of an issue. Just don't think your Jeep is invincible lol. Mad wheel spin on steep climbs and skinny pedal at full lock are the biggest killer of stock shafts I would say.

Stock D 30's don't like 35s. Especially at full lock.
