I converted my buddy into a XJ fan

Well, I did it. My buddies all rag on me for wheelin my XJ. They all wheel full size rigs, or their rail buggies. Well a while back one of my buddies rails broke down (imagine that) WAY back in the woods. These trails were to tight for any of their full size rigs to make it thru. They suck up their pride and ask if i can go get him. They were all saying that WHEN I get stuck on the way back there, that they could just pull my XJ out by hand if need be. Well, on the way back there not only did it NOT get stuck, but dragged that VW heap of $h!+ Back through all of the trails I was supposed to get stuck on in the first place. AND I was still on my street tires. I wheel with 31x11.50 LTBs, but drove there on liberator H/Ts. JEEP-1 Full suze/VW-0.

BTW this was in my 85 2dr 5spd 2.5... not the 99

First, Who wheels in a VW? Unless its a r32 and hes doing donuts tearing it up on a derby track.

Second, WTF from VW can possibly wheel? The van? hahahaha

Third, Why are you friends with someone that wheels a VW?

The VW "motor" was in a tube buggy, I think that's what he's saying ?

Umm...that's was a nice thing you did for your friend to go help him out when none of the other rigs could make it back.

But, no where in your story did I see any quotes from your friends where they now are converted or impressed that your Jeep was able to accomplish the task.

Boredom is the desire for desires.
