How many times has your XJ seen the road?

Out of curiosity, how many out there actually daily drive their XJ's whether you're going to work, school or both? Or if they're only used for wheeling on the weekends while they have another car to take on the daily abuse? Or drives it depending on the weather conditions (i.e., only in the summer, winter, etc.)? Or simply just babying it and driving it only once or twice a week? Let us hear it.

I got my 94 XJ as a toy. I abuse it when it goes out in the woods or on the road, I love it but am ruff on it lol. In return I do ALOT of regular maintance to keep it going. Am trying to stay a balance of real off road ability and making it more powerfull as everything I have ever owned needs to be more powerfull then stock lol. On higher fuel prices it would hurt with my MPG, my cherokee gets an average from 14.8-15, gets worse then my Chevy Express 2500 cargo van with the 4.8L V8, that averages from 15.2-16.

2007 chevy express van work monday-friday.
2006 g6 GTP coupe weekend "sports car" unless raining then see below lol

mine's a daily driver. Even if I modded the heck out of it and got a different DD that got better mpg I would prolly still drive the jeep to college everday anyway. I drive my XJ everywhere...even places I should probably just walk

Now that's some dedication right there.

As for me, I'm deciding whether I should start daily driving mine or not. Gas prices are going down...

Mine '01 XJ is my DD. Bought it in '05 with 48K on it, and it has 75K on it now. It's got a few mods (rear discs, Dynomax cat back), but is basically stock. I can't afford to wheel it, and there is no where close to me that's legal for wheeling anyway, so it's gonna stay on the street. My weekend/cruise night warrior is a heavily modified '88 Monte Carlo SS. The only thing "stock" on that is the body and interior.
