my 98 is about 173,000 and is still going strong just tune ups and oil changes

120k miles on my 96, original tranny as well. Runs beautifully since I've done some major maintenance and random stuff like tightening the flex plate bolts

My XJ has 120,00 on it, but my old YJ had 265,000 on the origional 4.0 and was running strong when I sold it.

I know of a guy who had 500K on one heh. Mine has 221k with no major problems what so ever (knock on wood)
