211500K on my XJ. They haven't been trouble free, but the engine itself has done quite well.
I've replaced a water pump, the serpentine belt twice, the radiator, the alternator, the air conditioning compressor, the auxiliary fan, the oil pressure switch and the distributor shaft.
I've also had the rear brakes rebuilt, the master cylinder replaced, the front steering, suspension and shocks redone with new bushings and bolts, and the transmission rebuilt. Those aren't on the engine, but I couldn't have kept running the engine without them!
Feels pretty secure, now!
