230k on my 91 XJ with only water pump, radiator, and some other junk replaced. Burns about a quart of oil every 1000 miles so im very happy to say the least. Heck the stock starter had 217k on it before i had to replace. I'm so glad the previous owner was a mechanic.

When it's warm, and moving, it runs smooth as butter, but when I'm stopped and it's idling, it's noisy, smelly, and rough. Hopefully a new EGR valve and (hopefully not) a new cat will have it good as new.
As far as I know, the only major engine-related problem it's ever had was the giant rear main seal leak it had when I bought it a year and a half ago.
