How can I mount a winch and look the most stock?

Is there a way to mount a which without a huge bulky bumper? I kind of like the profile of the stock bumper, is there any way to keep a similar look while mounting a winch?

I've tried looking but couldn't come up with anything.

Or get a winch and mount that mounts to a 2" hitch. That way you could use it front and back. Could also store it in the back of the jeep.

That is EXACTLY what I am looking for.

Now for the big question. Where do I buy it?
