my 91 had 215k on it in 09, had to replace a bunch of gaskets cuz i was leaking alot of oil. i know it would have ran forever but i got a good deal on a new engine swap. now i have an I6 with 12,000 miles on it and i plan on keeping this baby forever.
no one will believe me, we parted a jeep at work, an 88 with 921,0145 (this exact number is burned into my memory) the steering wheel was worn down to the bare metal and so were the pedals. you can beleive me or not i dont care but i saw it with my own eyes
00 xj clayton 3 link and yadda yadda yadda...
Ok after reading everyones comments i would like to say that i am new to the jeep seen and i just bought my first on a month ago she had 431,186 miles when i bought it for $ 2200. It needed a new radiator and theromstat but other than a check engine light for a code P1491 A/c radiator fan switch relay i have no problems with it. if anyone has any ideas about the check engine light i'll be posting in the tech forum for advise
