HIDs or Light Bar

I'm looking for your guys' input on my decision.

Im torn on deciding between two 7" 55 watt HIDs or a 20" 126w double row (42 LEDS, 8820lm) light bar. What are the two good for? Which is better?

I have HID offroad lights but mine are a spot pattern they are amazing. I have a buddy with a 20" bar that puts out the same amount of light.

Either way you go you can't go wrong.
