so if youre not happy with 2/2.5. then youre not gonna be happy with 3. so go either 4.5 or bigger with 33's. but with that size youre opening a whole new can of worms. do some research. trackbar, long arms, SYE, extended brake lines, possibly gears. read up
lockers don't work unless you have Rubicon stickers
You could trim the fenders and run a set of 32x11.50's, or 33x10.50's and it will still ride decent and not cause all the other headaches that a 4.5" or taller lift will cause. Anything over 3" on short-arms will ride rough, and you will need to replace a lot more stuff. If you have the money to do 4.5" the right way it can be a practical height. If not and you halfass it then you likely won't be happy with anything other than the way it looks.
