Help with headlights

I want to do a headlight conversion like blue hid can you do this on a 98 xj?

FWIW i'm runign IPF housing, with silverstar ultra bulbs, and rear wired in a piggyback harness with 10g wire. brighter that my roommates Audi bi-xenon projectores, his cut off is better but i have further and brighter light output.

blue in the spectrum of color puts out less visible light than white. blue headlights can also be illegal, also retorfit HID kits in a housing not designed for and HID bulb can cause sporadic light dispersion that can blind other drivers not to mention just flat out not pointign the light wear you need it so you can see. do some research and do it right.
