HeaterTreater blend door???

Has anyone tried this product? My fiancee offered to buy it so she can have heat in my jeep again, but I'm thinking of making my own using a piece of cut to fit patch metal pop riveted to a door hinge.

99% of the time if you don't have heat it's the heater core or clogged or bad. I'd try flushing it real good before that. But if u do get it and it works do share!

I did a flush over the summer. I back flushed for an hour, then forward flushed for an hour and finished with another hour long back flush. Sitting still, I have nice hot heat, but once I start driving, it becomes luke warm. Other XJ owners I've talked to say it's the belnd door.

Than I'd say try it out. Especially since the other half is willing to pay lol
