HartinArmz 1997 Build

Well gents, I blame you all for making me get another one Had a 2WD and just couldn't stand it any longer after reading everyone else's build threads and such. So I went out and bought a one-owned (eldery gentleman), Florida local 4 door XJ. Has the 4.0L, AW4, NP 242, and C8.25. Has 195000 miles on it but this thing rides like its right off of the lot. Underside was also coated. Interior immaculate. SO, today I went ahead and purchased the IRO 3 inch lift, adjustable track bar, IRO cat-back exhaust, Rusty's cold air intake, and a JCR Offroad stage 4 bumper. Gotta wait for them as they are in the mail but here are some pictures of the first day I picked it up. Underside pictures to follow:

Awesome welds. Great quality product

Just picked up a 98 XJ with same interior. Nice to see you have grey seatbelts too... Thought it was a little wierd.

Installing a 3" IRO with full leafs and 31" MTR's next week. Cant wait to see how yours comes out.

Some say they don't like the tan interior but I personally am a fan lol. Yeah I thought the gray seatbelts were a little unusual too. Well, got the bumper installed! Looks awesome:

Cleaned it up a bit

And next weekish the lift is going on. Can't wait

Lift is in the garage just need to get the free time to do it It's killing me just seeing it sit there! But as far as rims and tires, I'm thinking 31x10.50 General Grabber AT2's and a set of Mickey Thompson Sidebiters

Why 231? Just do a H&T SYE.

Well see how the 1" drop does and I just might keep it. I do like the 242 but If I still have vibes I may just have to go with the 231.
