Web wheeler?

As for the lense differences in the same bar, it is to provide the different patterns and characteristics that bar will give off. Non-diffused center spot pattern with a longer reach and a diffused outer pattern to fill out the sides.

With regards to "replica" light bars. I don't think that these are replicas at all. They are simply made to different specs than other bars on the market. The different companies cater to different parts of the market, a market that is becoming saturated fairly quickly now that almost every offroad supplier is becoming a re-seller for Rigid, VisionX, Hanma, Baja Designs or all of them. Is Rigid expensive? Yes. But for a long time they were pretty much the only name in the LED light bar business, now that they are facing actual competition both from US manufacturers and overseas, they will have to adjust the pricing to remain at the top.

From what I have seen based on what I paid for my last Rigid Duallys, there appears to be an 75% markup on Rigid lights. A set of 2 is ~$240 retail and my cost was $160. So there should be some room for movement in the price.

Personally, the company to watch is CREE. They produce the LEDs themselves and as of late, their stock has been performing very well.

Under your user name it says web wheeler

If Rigid, visionX or any of the US manufactures become more competitive ill definitely take my business to them. I'd love to support US company but at the current prices I can't. As you stated, 2 ridig duallys are $240. For that price I'd rather have a 40" Hanma Cree bar. These US company's have to realize that...

Ill have me 30" bar installed by tonight. Updates to come

It was an exact fit. The light mounts fit perfectly between the bumper mounts.

How should the angle be? I have it 1 notch up for being parallel from the ground so the beam has a slightly upward beam pattern
