so today i was with my friend at one of those little used buy here pay here car dealers and i found a 98 cherokee sitting in the back of the lot its a little beat up but the body doesnt seem too bad needs ta bunch of stuff done to it to be roadworthy but the owner said he'll sell me it for 800 bucks because he cant get it to stay running, i was wondering if it's worth it to buy and build with a nice lift and set of tires, he said it runs ****ty then dies so idk if i should . whats your opinion?

no he said he hasnt messed with it and doesnt want to

but whewn i tried starting it the key wouldnt turn like the ignition was locked up i tried turning the wheel alot and it still wouldnt turn
