It only weighs 130lbs....im willing to add that weight fro a strong bumper and if it hit a deer it wouldnt move. It only moves when Im slamming it down on rocks and trying to push trees that have fallen across the trails.

Only 130? Dude, that's a lot. You can have a strong bumper for half that weight.

Honest question. Are you capable of fabbing your own tie ins? Have a friend that welds that owes you a favor? Since your question was about this bumper... I would consider DIY tie ins. Check out what JCR has, its about $60 or $70 i think. I have only heard positive things.about JCR, but I have no experience.

Do you have this bumper mounted using the stock brackets for the stock bumper

If it moves when youre hitting small trees at low speed whats a 120 lb deer going to do at 45 mph?

Yes Im capable of making my own but right now Im at college without a welder or any metal work tools. And the trees are not small, theyre about 12" round and 40ft long. Theyve blown over in storms and the only way to move them is a good push. The trees tend to land at the top of the bumper so its adding leverage. A deer would hit center of mass towards the bottom.

Unless it jumps up.

Now would be a good time to retire that "bumper"
