Fleet vehicle for the first 3 years, well maintained with 13 reported services during that time. Got in an accident (says front) - which explains the off jeep logo on the front when I bought it - then was auctioned off, probably sold to a dealer locally and sat around a few months, and was purchased by the previous owner. I bought it 3 years later. Bam.. now its here, cool! Spent its life in Kentuckiana, but doesn't like Moody Alabama (where it was wrecked).

My PO must have gotten a good deal on a recently wrecked 4 year old car with 75K miles on it... Thats a lot of miles.

How do I tell what owner I am? Is it the title updates? If so I am owner #10. Mine also has a lien reported so I am guessing it was repossessed.

Some help here please? Is the title clear or salvaged? Wasnt a gov or fleet rig. Says Lien report..meaning it was repo'd? It does say "no damaged title or major damage incident"..so its a clear title?

Says I'm the 3rd owner the 2nd owner had it no more than 2 months from the paperwork I have and the odometer only rolled 200 miles during that time. He couldn't get it to pass emmisons here...turns out it had a cracked header..so in reality I'm like the 2nd owner since the previous guy didn't even use it lol..he didn't know what to do or how to do it!

7th owner, And I have 185k with no reported accidents. I'd say trading a dead Mustang for mine was a great deal.

Holy crap I'm the 12th owner of my 90 XJ. it was repo'ed twice and needed a reprinted title.

Liens mean someone took a loan out on the vehicle. Does not mean it was repo'd.

Goes to show how accurate it is... It's got a damn salvage title. and I'm the third owner.

Wow! This is very neat! Thanks for sharing, OP.

I'm the fourth owner, no accidents and my Jeep has lived its entire life in NJ!

The vin he used is for an '88. The 10th char is the year, and its a J.. J is 1988. So he either has a second jeep or got his VIN wrong, or someone swapped the vin tags.
