Finally got my lift installed. What do you think?

I have a 97 Cherokee that i purchased last June. I finally got a 3" zone lift with full leafs and Nitro Shocks. I also purchased IRO Double Shear track bar for it. I had some trouble this weekend with the rear bolts being rusted on but got it all done. It has 31" BFG Mud Terrain KM 2's
It is a little rough riding but I expected that! Overall the jeep turned out well and I am excited to get it out on the trails in a couple weeks.

Great looking jeep! Mine looks a lot alike with the exceptions or a lightbar instead of the round lights and I just took the plastic off the sides. And mine may or may not be just slightly shorter for the time being, until it warms up in my neck of the woods. Either way, can't wait to see what happens in the future man!

Thanks guys! Ya with how clean it is that makes it hard for me to want to do much fabrication on the body. I plan on getting new bumpers but still up in the air about trimming fenders and stuff. I am happy with how the lift turned out. Still need to do some adjusting and get an alignment!

Good looking XJ. How do you like the zone leaf springs? I'm going to get those in the near future. Did they net 3 inches or 3.5?

Also I have a 3 inch lift and I had the same problem with the rear end caps. I ended up cutting and rolling all my fenders because the slightest flex they would rub my tires. It drove me nuts

can you expound on the "rides a little rough". recently acquired my first XJ after building my TJ out of the DD comfort zone. I think 3" will be my max as long as I don't have to completely upgrade every single piece of the suspension. is it rough because you haven't dialed it in yet, or do you foresee ACA's, SYE and drive shafts?

I haven't measured it to see exactly what the lift gave me. The rear is what has the rough ride. Hitting bumps it bounces some. I feel like the angle its on the rear shackle that its causing it.
It has a little bit of vibration but not too bad. I like the lift and how it looks. I am hoping maybe the back will settle down a little and the ride will get better. The front feels like it rides pretty smooth though.

Looks good! I think they all should have been built like this from the factory.

Took it out this weekend for its first off roading! I was extremely impressed how well it did even with the bad weather!
