Fender flare width question

In researching the different types & sizes of fender flares for my '97, there is no middle ground as to width. Either it is the stock flare or the 5" wide style. There appears to be no in between size, perhaps 1-2" wider than stock. Anyone know of a source for such an item? TIA!

I could make up something but it would look cobbled together when I was finished. My preference would be for something with an OEM appearance. If the factory flares were made of steel & money was no object, I could have a shop section them & widen them. Wishful thinking! Surprised that there is or was nothing like this offered, from Jeep or aftermarket.

Yeah because everyone has the tools, space, accessibility to raw materials and the skilled capability to just make everything.

5" is quite a lot unless you've got wheel spacers/adapters or some exaggerated backspacing going on and stock isn't enough if you're running tires more than 10" wide. I just finished installing my HORE fenders, they're 4" and I've got 33's on 4" backspaced rims.
