Wow, hard to believe it's already time for the September COTM contest. Congratulations to 1990JEEPXJ for the August COTM win last month!
The winner of the poll thread next week gets a complimentary one-year premium JeepForum membership, but even more importantly earns the honor of being our September 2013 Cherokee Of The Month. Read the contest rules posted below and send me your entry.

This monthly event is intended to be fun and good natured thus the rules are as simple as possible. You may enter your rig in the XJ/MJ Cherokee/Comanche of the Month Contest if your entry meets the following requirements. These rules and guidelines below are subject to change as needed so please check back each month for updates.

Submission Rules and Guidelines

Anyone with a Jeep Cherokee XJ or Comanche is allowed to enter this contest if they have been a JF member for at least 30 days and have a minimum of 25 technical posts.
During the second week of each month I'll create a thread titled "Enter your Jeep in the (Current Month) COTM Contest". The thread will last 7-10 days depending on the amount of response. The voting thread will begin in the third week of each month and be titled "Vote for the (Current Month) COTM!". This poll thread will last one week and the winner will be determined by the most votes received from fellow JF members.
In the event of a tie a new poll will be created with only the contestants that are tied. Tie-breaker shoot-out polls will last for 1 day to determine the winner.

Submit your jeep entry in the following format and send it via PM to chris87xj.
Title your PM submission with "COTM Entry" and the current month.
Please include the information below in your entry.

1. JeepForum.com user name.

2. Fill out the following:
*** Please leave the [B ] [ /B] code - just copy and paste and put in your info after the dash at the end of each heading. ***

3. Please include links to three pictures of your Jeep. Make sure these pictures can be linked to JeepForum.com. Most people use Photobucket.com to host their images.

If you win the contest you will not be able to submit a new entry for a total of 12 months from the time you won. Those who did not win can resubmit as many times as they want in the following months. Company owned or sponsored rigs will not be allowed to enter since it wouldn't be unfair to those who operate on a personal budget.
Monthly COTM winners will be featured in the 'Past Cherokee/Comanche of the Month Winners' Sticky-Thread and be entitled to all due bragging rights. COTM winners will also be awarded a complimentary 1-year JeepForum premium membership in recognition of their accomplishment and will be automatically entered in the Cherokee/Comanche Of The Year contest in December. The winner of the COTY contest will be awarded a complimentary lifetime JeepForum premium membership. Thanks go out to the JF administration for sponsoring these membership awards.

Voting Rules and Guidelines

If your entry makes it to the final poll you have one opportunity to vote for yourself if you choose to do so.
A minimum of 25 technical posts are required to participate in the voting process.
If you are found cheating in anyway, you will be disqualified from the contest and not be allowed to enter again. In some cases you may also be banned. The following would be considered cheating:

1. Making multiple accounts to vote for yourself or asking anyone else to create new accounts to vote for you.
2. Asking your friends to register on JeepForum.com so they can vote for you. Excessive new member votes could be not counted.
3. Posts or threads anywhere within JeepForum.com asking for votes.
4. Promoting your entry on any other website asking people to vote for you. This includes threads, signatures, or anything hinting at the fact that you are competing.
5. Slander will not be tolerated under any condition or reason. This contest is intended to be fun so keep the discussion positive natured.
6. Do not post extra pictures of contestant rigs in the voting thread. There is a three picture limit for entries.

This contest is for the members of JF to decide. The only advertising you are allowed to do for yourself is in your JF signature but please do so in a tasteful way, just keep it in line with other JF signatures. Feel free to use this thread for relevant discussion and post up if you're in or keep it to yourself if you'd rather.
Send me your entry!!!

I have seen an entry before where it claims long arms. There were short arms in the first picture and long arms in the second. I was okay with it since that was the only difference between the two. :p Visually there is typically not much to see in the difference of suspensions.

I wouldnt worry about it being too current. For my July win I used old wheeling pics of before I had my cut n fold bumper on, even though at the time it was built and on the Jeep lol. You'll be fine with older pics.

Nope. I spent way too much time fighting it tonight but can't get workable IMG links out of any of the Photobucket mobile app links submitted. :(
I'll try again tomorrow, sorry guys.

This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
