I got really excited when I saw the cut in the floor because I thought coilovers were coming.

well you guys talked me into it

2.5 14" coilovers

i was talking to my brother about coilovers solving some of my packaging problems up front and mentioned he had a pair of 14" coilovers in his room but wanted 16's to put up front on his yj, so i took the 14's off his hands and i am going to help pick up the tab when he orders the 16's when he collects all the parts for his front 3 link

I'm just curious here but didn't you have shock hoops and foas? The hoops welded to the frame right?

no that wasn't me, i haven't built any shock mounts yet

i took advantage of FOA's memorial day sale and ordered the rest of my shocks, i ordered 2.5" 2" stroke air bumps for the front and ordered some 2.5" 16" smooth bodies for the rear

i got the air bumps, the smooth bodies are still being built

i couldnt start the driver side front frame plates because the jackstand was in the way so i finally got around to moving the jackstand and finally started plating the driver side

JKS SBS finally installed, the rest of the front frame plates should be built soon

once i'm done with the front frame plates im gonna get started on the engine cage

ya, there hyrdaulic bumpstops. i wanted something with a definite stop in the front so my track bar wont go into the oil pan so i decided on these instead of polyurethane bumps. eventually the rear will have them too

i work at stater brothers, they only have stores in southern california. nope not married but i do have a girlfriend but she wants my jeep done just as bad as me so she would rather me buy jeep parts than spend money on her so i'd say shes a keeper

i got the driver side frame plate built, now i'm gonna get started on building my trackbar mounts so i can get that out of the way then get started on the engine cage

How exactly do rear air bumps work? Haven't been able to find anything on them.
