first if i get the flowmaster they dont have a catback for it.
but what i want to do it cut off all the pipe to the cat then ill weld the muffler on.

I reall dont want a cat back b/c i dont want the tail pipe going back through the axle. i want the most free movement for my suspension.

To be completely honest, either of those mufflers are going to make it sound like a riced out import above 3k rpms. The only thing I really think would sound decent would be something like a Dynomax with it's packed core, or a Magnaflow since they're similar to the Dynomax.

If your still set on a Flowmaster or Cherry Bomb then flip a coin. They're almost the exact same thing.

My flowmaster 40 is amazing.

Loud when on the throttle, but super quiet when coasting, so It's not ricer at all.

It sounds beastly in underground garages.

i guess super quiet to you sounds like a 18-wheeler's j-brake.

4.0s sound like tractors on crack with anything but a packed muffler.

i have a full exhaust from the header back and it sounds stock until over 4k.

i dont like waking up my neighborhood.

Ok, maybe it's just quiet because I can't hear anything over the tires.

hahahahaha

Oh, and remember, I have 3 cat's. It was dead silent stock.
