$3.45/91oct. The weight of that bike leveled me out, but I drove 100 miles that day and I swear my steering was facing upward a bit. It got aligned with its butt up in the air.

I spent 2 more hours working on the dp vents. That brings it to 12 hours of machining so far.

I think my sway links are too short, I need disco's.

My front end reflexes like its under load. I think the links I put it are acting as limiting straps. Does this sound like a plausible evaluation?

Don't feel bad about the opinion. When I was working on my last XJ, I refused to touch dp cuz the theme was cleaner: stock susp. w/ 295/50/r15's on all 4's.

But my '95 is a terrible color so the dp is there to be the bigger issue

I'm not sure what your goal for this jeep is or your budjet .. but .. some rattle can jobs are not that bad... You can do spray on bedliner for the bottom half and spay the top with some tan or something ... looks pretty good for not to much $$

I'm kind of a black/white kind of guy. This color is too close to tan now. I'd prefer flat desert sand, but if I was gonna paint it, it'd be black, maybe flat.

yea i camo tan color painted my cj and it was pretty good... it was easy to clean up if it started looking bad. not a bad bet really .. IF your going black ... doing the mid-door down with bedliner is the way to go .. looks great and wears nice

I have full access to this shop, but its 3 miles up a mountain road. She's always a dirty girl! I washed 'er yesterday, and 3 miles later, my son asked me if I'd consider washing the fresh mud off so he didn't get it on his pants
