Did some research, and the closest color match is champagne mist. The light metal flake is what makes it "mist".

I haven't been able to figure out why the tire on the roof doesn't look cool to me.

I think the reason this build hasn't gone any further is cuz there isn't much I wanna change at this point...
I want D44's...but I already have an hp30 and an lsd35(which suits my needs)
I want 33's...but don't want to trim the fenders due to the rare and immaculate shape it's in...and I don't "wheel it" for the same reason.
For 33's, I'd need more lift...but I wont accept having wasted $ on the first set-up. Plus all the "next level" items: SYE, brake ext., etc.
...Orfab bumpers...but I love the way I modified my stock ones to match the theme.
These are just a few reasons why... I plan to find a 4dr to build for fun. I might just name it FUNATI...**** yoU aNd All That Implies

Well I had myself quite a journey today
I found a spot where I can go play
The county says the place is condemned
That only means I'll get there...without them

It looks like I'll be buying an XJ for each of my boys. They're both 15 and can't wait to get their license. At least I know what I'm looking for so they wont end up with a money pit.
As far as finding them, its pretty easy to find them rust free around here. We're nowhere near the salt.

The problem I'm facing is they both want a 2dr like "dads". So, I'm on the hunt. The best candidates will be chosen, 2dr or not. One of my boys is more interested in a 'Manche" or a 2dr chop job

As for my XJ, I'm leaning towards a SYE(+driveshaft), brakeline extensions, an inch or so of lift in the front, and 32" MTR's. I'm at 4.5" in the rear, 3" front. I already have all 4 adjustable control arms and the adjustable track bar, so it should come together just fine.

I think I know why I don't get much attention in this build thread. Cuz my Jeep is hardly ever broke, so I'm not on the same wavelength as most of you, either that or it's cuz you all found out I'm an *******.

I need to do something to the XJ. I'm getting bored from looking at it. I finally got the urge to add some black, but I put a post in the photoshop thread and no response...perhaps that's a sign to not do it.
As far as winky, if my response comes out of me with a wink and a smile, it gets posted that way. If you look back at some of my "cage rattling" sessions, my most sarcastic remarks have winky.
