Death Wobble

Has anyone known of a Jeep axle breaking or a Jeep flipping due to death wobble?

Nope, just being a pain in the ***. Now I have heard of people crashing because they freaked out when it happened and didn't know how to handle it. That could cause a flip over. That Technically would be user error I think. Due to a bad reaction not the underline problem.

My brother in law's father was killed in a Jeep on a remote highway on ramp in Nevada. The Jeep was not even on the highway yet, but it was upside down and still on the road with a broken axle. When he was found he already had passed away. Can't figure out what happened.
