How many cans of the tan did it take? How did it come out? Can you see spray marks?

8 cans of tan. 10 cans of primer and 3 cans of bed liner. If you look at it straight on you cant tell. If you look down the body lines you'll see the spray marks. You get what you pay for when you use rattle cans. I expected it to come out no better than it did and im satisfied

Lol, I know its a rattle can job, and that's what you get. Was just curious of the outcome because it is hard to tell from pics. Looks good though.

So i did some good wheeling today. Me and a few guys from the local jeep club went and had a great time. I was able to push my xj to its limits a little bit and it did great. Anyways the hydraulic clutch line cracked at the end of the day and i had to drive 2 hours home with no clutch. Does anyone know where i can get a replacement? Advance auto and autozone can not get it

ended up not doing the bsfab linkage. in all honesty i diddnt do it because i got too lazy to do the guessing game and i came across the the stock linkage at the junkyard yesterday so i snagged that up. it went in really easily and shifts through all ranges pretty good. still want to do the more simple design but it will be later on.

Small update. Earlier in the week me and my buddy went out to a local spot and rode around for a couple hours. During these hours i noticed my jeep was running warm. After a while it got to the point to where i diddnt want to go any further into the woods so we turned around and headed home. So my goal this week has been to ensure that i wont be put in that situation again.

First thing i did was re install my factory electric fan. My father pulled the fan out when he owned the jeep because it wouldnt turn on. I wired it to a switch and it works good and blows strong.
Second thing i did was a good coolant flush. I bought the 7 dollar flush kit from advance and flushed the system and gave it some fresh antifreeze.
Last thing i did was add a little ventilation.

Install was fairly simple. Measure 10 times, mark holes, cut holes, and drill holes. pop in some 3/16x1/2'' rivets, and your all done

Yesterday i installed my spectre cowl intake. Install was simple and only took about 45 minutes. I havent noticed any gains as i expected i wouldnt with my worn out motor. Sounds cool at 3000 rpm. I mainly did this install to move my air induction up a little
