Glad you ordered the JCR. Looking forward to your input on how you like it since we have basically the same suspension/tire setup. My solid IRO tie rod should get me by for a while but I know Ill want a better setup eventually.

You'll love it, I may have a TJ, but I personally run our OTK setup. Easy install....besides the reaming of the pitman arm, which sucks . Even with welding on the new sway bar mounts, I had mine installed in about 2.5 hours.

Need someone to chime in real quick. In regards to the locker, when I make turns I can here it clicking which is normal, but say I really hang in a turn to make a red light, it's considerably louder. Is that normal?

Yes. Faster/tighter turns in 2wd increases torque load on the locker making it think it needs to lock up. Perfectly normal.

Man, your making me want to get new steering.... Let me know how the JRC steering goes. I'm leaning towards the RuffStuff 7/8" Heims

I'll do a real detailed review for y'all, maybe even a small write up. I'm super excited to get it in. I just wasn't exited to spend the money after I just did the locker, but my steering is pretty wore out and I want something that's going to last!

I went to 7/8 hiems no complaints. I won't blow that up! It will be far stronger than my 44! I am a fan of the jcr stuff but if you have the fab skills I would go for the ruff stuff setup.

5.2 ZJ Pushing a dana 30 as far as it will go.

I think the heims are stout, but I also think the tre's are really nice. I think they'll be good for 35's...think.
I'll likely go with the ruff stuff panhard kit, I just want to research more, and wait till I have the jcr kit in hand so i can mock it up and see what I'm working with
