Cracked Headers? Reccomendations for a new set.

So I'm pretty sure my headers are cracked, i realize that this is a common problem for the 4.0. mine are still factory original from 91 and have been welded once. my problem is i cant pass smog for the life of me. you name it, I've replaced it and/or tested it. the only things that haven't been replaced are the headers and fuel injectors.

long story short, what i want to know is what is the best way to check for a leak/cracks? I'm 80% sure they're cracked but i want to know for sure before i order another set.

also, I've been looking around for a replacement. i dont want to spend any more than $250. my top two right now are these. http://www.quadratec.com/products/17604_110X_PG.htm

any help/incite is much appreciated.

Thanks!

You could buy the updated stock replacement..Has flex pipes & gussets to prevent cracking..
I bought one for my 88 and it didn't fit, so I have a brand new one sitting in my garage if you want it for cheap...never had heat through it. 90 and its yours with a new gasket.
