=[ clubs..

so im turning 17 at the end of the month but what sux is you got to be 18 to join a club. No one at my school really gets into the whole off roading thing and none of my friends do either so its like i want to get into this jeep life but its hard when im not too knowledgable and cant join a club =[.

yea one of my friend has a ranger and another best friend has a jeep, but both of them would be really skeptical about it just cause they would be worried of messing there DD up. i sorta am too but i dont wanna do nothing to extreme yet just some trails and stuff ya know. use a jeep like it should be.

I was able to convince my friend, a lifelong mustang guy to trade his cobra on a cherokee after taking him out in mine once. So its possible to convert people.

X2 i have converted 3 friends to wheelers, two now have jeeps. all it takes is one good trip.

(that and the clubs in my area are mainly family and friends )

And also, dont be afraid to just go up to people with jeeps or other trucks, most people who wheel understand that you need friends who wheel. I met a fellow jeeper from this site, and we have turned into real good friends.

good luck bro

I say head to your local offroad park, look for someone else who's wheeling alone, and start your own club

Speaking of converting, I've got my brotherinlaw looking for a xj now

my club is family and friend oriented as well. the only thing is that theres no age limit. you couldve gotten your liscence and jeep yesterday and we will welcome you with open arms. def talk to other jeep and or truck guys. converting your friends into jeepers will work, just gonna take some time. im trying to get my buddy into a jeep(he drives a mini cooper and loves it) funny thing is, the guy who sold him the mini at the dealership is in my jeep club, xj on 5.5" and 33s. ironic? not sure, funny? very

that is really ironic and whats worse.. my town is like jeep central but they are all stock and driven by rich people.. like for instance on my street there are on any given day 5-7 jeeps..2 liberties, a commander, 2 cherokees (one is mine) and a wrangler is sometimes there its just like they are older people that would never offroad so it sux =\
