Are CHerokee Sport & Grand Cher interior

Will grand cherokee seats (front & rear) bolt up in a Cherokee sport? The Cherokee sport is a 2000.
Thanks!!

no the tracks are different, but you can unbolt the grand cherokee seats from the track and retro-fit them onto the cherokee seat brackets. It has been done before. use the search function

dherokee to grand cherokee interior

Sorry, don't mean to sound dumb but new to the jeeps. If I got the tracks from the Grand, would I have to drill new holes to bolt them into the Cherokee? Is that what you mean by retro fit? Any advise is greatly appreciated!

Advise given and ignored apparently.
It has been done and there are a couple of very detailed write ups about it.
Use the search as already suggested and do some reading about it. Asking individual questions every step of the way when someone has gone to the trouble of making a thread detailing those questions is a waste of time and lack of effort IMO.

For the truly lazy among us, there isnt even a need to search. It is covered in the FAQ section in the Cherokee tech section.
Look here, on the interior mods section half way down the page.
