Cherokee Forum a bunch of babies?

Im a pretty die hard JF member, but occasionally I surf over to naxja and pirate to see whats going on. I recently stumbled across Cherokee Forum, and noticed that its a pretty flame free forum.....but thats no fun. If JF didnt have all the flaming going on, then all TJ tech and XJ tech would be is questions about 2" BB and 33s, which is essentially what CF is all about. I see numerous posts about people wanting to do half assed things to their rig, and people flaming them, then 10 or so members jump in and flame that guy for for flaming the OP! haha

not to mention the threads titled "how many jeep forum members does it take to screw in a lightbulb"

anyone else had an experience with Cherokee Forum?

im on it, there is alot of simple things on there...but there is also some real fabrication and tech. unfortuanatly it is harder to find

i do like the "flame free" enviroment though. even though most of the threads are repetitious , it does give real newbies a chance to learn something without being flamed out of the jeep community.

I had joined Cherokee Forum before I found JF, but I like this site way more, much better tech and there are more people who have owned or currently own an XJ that know what they are talking about.

Think we have a section or two on here that consist of a bunch of babies too....
Years after selling my own, I still say the YJ section is the best tech forum on JF
Friendlier folks, doing some real modifications for the most part, with members and mods that just seem to be more helpful and human.
Just my .02 of course....

For the record, 31s WILL fit with a 2'' lift ... you just need skinny ones haha.

I signed up on Cherokee Forum and posted one post...then I searched around and I just did not dig the set up. JF is pretty much the only forum I frequent on a regular basis...I like looking at the builds on Pirate but there is no reason to open up your mouth unless you want your *** handed to you (they have the "in" crowd over there). Plus...I'm not building a hardcore rig so Pirate has nothing to offer me other than KOH news.
