A/C Compressor needed.

My XJ had no A/C compressor when I bought it. The rest of the A/C equipment is still on the truck. Before I go out and spend a lot of money on a new compressor I would prefer to hook up a used one that still works and see if it works. If a used one would work for even this summer that would be fine. My rig is a 2000 Cherokee w/ 4.0 and auto trans. So if anyone has a spare compressor laying around let me know and we will talk. I don't know if any other part needs replaced but I thought I would start with the missing compressor.

Get it at the junkyard, consider it a permanent repair.

If you do this, be sure to make sure it has enough oil in it, and replace the receiver drier and fill that will the right amount of oil.

And of course, evacuate and charge the system correctly.

Yes I am. It might be a couple of weeks with bills and all. If you have another buyer don't wait on me. Sorry.
