brush guard brackets?

Just picked this beauty up free a few days ago but can't figure out how it attaches. Are there brackets that attach to the frame somehow? Almost looks like the bolt holes on the part line up with the sway bar bushing bolts on the sub frame? Anything helps!!

Pretty sure it uses the tow hook brackets or something like them.

Just checked ebay. $96 for brackets...looks like I'm busting out the welder
