No Cummins. It was a chitty auto.
Going wheeling this weekend so I need to
A. Install tranny cooler
B. Replace my power steering hose
C. Possibly weld the 8.25 with a super nice 220 Lincoln.
By the 18th of next month I need to have many relocation brackets finished.

Hayden cooler.
I'm not using a tig because I don't have access to one. I'm using a Lincoln 220 with digital read outs. Lots of guys like using stIck wIth 7018 rods but the guy that is helping me has been welding rears for mud drag trucks for years.

Haha I have heard of people using everything, including 110 migs because they say you don't want it to get too hot.

Thanks for the kind words man!
Welding the rear went great. Handling is different for sure, but noir in a bad way. Had to lay some rubber to make sure it worked

How did you go about welding it? Hit all eight points or did you weld to the carrier too?
