Well with that much stuff on the fritz, more than one circuit is affected. That makes me wonder if you accidentally knocked a major connector or ground out of place.
Intake looks pretty good btw.

Thankyou, where should I look for these grounds? It sucks I can't even enjoy it yet haha

Behind the dash. Lay on your back and get your head up under there with a bright flashlight to take a close look at any wiring or connections you can find to see if anything looks unusual. Also check the ribbon wire sockets on the back of the dash to make sure they're securely seated. Be gentle with them though since they're kinda lightweight.

Nothing really looked abnormal, kind of ****ty, all I was doing was driving it
Down my road. I'm lookin for loose wires in the bay also

Maybe a connection has been barely hanging on since you were in there to do the LED mod and finally wiggled loose.

It was just a pesky fuse, now I can enjoy my new intake, the cab noise is awesome, sounds bad ***, and the throttle response is sick,
