More stuffing,? I don't know lol, if he has a 3,5" lift, and I have a 3.5" lift and I have 32s and he has 30s (hypothetical)
Mine will hit fenders before him. True?

Same flex? Tires would hit the fenders or bumps if I had them at the same time whether blocks or none

True. But if you adjust your shock mounts and use a longer shock, you can fine tune your setup so you can use your shocks full length. If you do this, you may lose up travel compared to him, but will make up for it with the extra down travel you would gain.

I have 10 inch socks with upper pin eliminators, I doubt he will have more down travel.
Gonna be interesting to see the flecks after the bars done.

It won't be much. BPE's in the rear wouldn't gain you but maybe an inch? And what bars are you talking about?

The shocks I have don't have the part that goes threw the top they have a standard bushing so I made some emiminators I have 7 or so inches down travel left 3 up.
Not in the rear. Mine are out right now for an up coming axle swap
