Ok so after further inspection fuel pump is good. Just blew the 30amp maxi fuse for the main engine control. So now it runs again! Lol I've been working on my OBA/AC conversion have everything done but the air tank. The black tank I have is cracked wont hold more then 20psi. : so now I need to find a new tank. I have a good idea though. The portable gas powered air compressor that have two long slender tanks which the compressor and motor sit on, like a wheel barrow. Take those two tanks, run on the in side of the unibody "frame rails" under the floor boards. One on each side with a connecting line going form right side to driver side then out the back.

So once again, I had got my XJ back and it was not right!! It still to this day is not done. Friendship be damned I am regretfully starting the legal process at the beginning of the week to see what can be done. I am over a grand in the hole on labor with nothing to show for it! But while I did have it at my place in the summer I did the rear quarter cut and fold, as well as bed lining the side from the body line down. I think it turned out well. I also built a bastard pack for the rear springs.

Yeah thanks man. I've got it back a few months ago but finally got a another busa and been busy getting it into LSR and drag ready shape. And still shooting so she kinda to a back seat but been piddling on her here and there and driving her quite a bit. I have a horrible vibration above 50 I thinks it's he JY front DS I got. Haven't taken it out yet to find out.

Been awhile, but this is what I've been up too on the XJ. I completely redid the rear suspension using s10 leaf spring but Instead of cutting the eyes off, I used the whole thing including adding 1 of the XJ middle springs. Took them all apart wire wheeled and painted with gloss black tractor paint Rides so much better! I lost about a 1/4" of lift but that's ok seeing how it was raked pretty good. Shackle angle is much better! Here's the kicker. The s10 leaf pack moved the axle backwards almost 3"s!! Now normally this would not be good unless planed for. But my tom woods double Cardone driveshaft came in too long to start with, it would bottom out if I dropped down hard on the rear. So it worked out good. I'm going to leave it stretch and just open up the wheel well but I don't really want to do a compcut. Before and after.

Started building a new roof basket this is my 3rd attempt. Seeing how dad scrapped the first one. I ran over the second one with my truck. But this one will be much nicer stronger and lighter then the others. It is made entirely of aluminum. My neighbor who's a machinist is going to let me use his shop to weld it all up. It measures 70"/48"/7".

I also redid the door hinges. Works so so much better. Welded the pin in and cut the bottom half off.
