That jeep in the JY wouldn't happen to be from Hammond's classic cars would it?

Havent checked in on JF in a while, build is looking good. Sorry to hear about the motor but that tire carrier came out great!

Thanks man! Where have you been hiding? We all thought you fell of the face of the earth or something.

Haha I do that on occassion. I ended up selling my green '98, bought a fullsize Chevy in hopes of buying a cheap trail-only XJ, but plans change often. Picked up a rust free '99 XJ last week, so looks like Im starting the build-up over yet again.

Anyhoo, glad to see your on and making progress. By the way, you guys calling for any snow this week over your way? Could get a pretty significant amount over here after Christmas if the weatherman is remotely right lol.

NA no snow. Friday morning we had some build up around in the coroners of things but that's it. The only snow we've had this year has been pathetic. I want some as soon as I get my XJ back!! Damn I miss that thing.

Yea, same here, we got a little dusting. You better get the XJ back before it snows or you'll be sick! Haha

Yeah tell me about it. I'm good friends with the guys at the shop so all I have to pay is the commission of the tec that's doing the work. Which means he has to do it in his free time. I'm tired of waiting though. I had to move a few months ago. Before i was able to buy a house, Land lord filed bankruptcy. My new place doesn't have any where to do it at or I would, plus works been crazy. At least at the shop it's out of the weather while torn apart.

Seats out of a ZJ and WJ bolt right up. I wish I had known that at the time. I would have just got a set of those.
