yeah. If you can, don't trim your fenders. If you must, relocate them 2" higher. You have one of the best looking XJ's. And those rims look wicked. SWEET bumper. IDK if thats a power antenna but I would lose it. I know i got rid of mine. Maybe relocating it under the fender might help, or grounding it to the car, or getting an aftermarket antenna. It looks like it would get ripped off quite easily by a branch.
Another suggestion is some kind of roof basket, maybe a Gobi one

Have you considered relocating the fenders. Just unbolt them, trim the fenders, and rebolt the flares higher up. This way cr@p doesn't come into your jeep with the windows down, and it looks 1000x better, and your more legal lol. Your wheels already have next to nothing backspacing.

and make sure you do the sanding/priming right on those alloys if you don't want it to flake off real quick

there aren't even inspections here in florida
If you can look nice without losing any capability, why not. Plus, it keeps the **** out of the cabin, (unless your a high class wheeler with A/C.....)
Not saying not to trim, just saying bolt the flares higher up when your done trimming
