The gauge seems pretty simple, i guess for the cooler itself ill just need some flex hose and run it into the new cooler and not the one in the radiator itself?
For the cooler I ran it from Trans> Radiator cooler> Trans cooler> back to trans.

Getting the fluid up to operating temp is important and running it through the radiator will help get it up to temp.

Gauge install is pretty simple, you just have to decide if you want to put it in the line to the cooler or out of the cooler.

I put it out of the cooler going back to the trans, IMO its more important to know if the fluid is getting cooled enough or If I need to stop for a bit. Reading before the cooler just doesn't give use full info IMO.

I put in a CSF 3 row 4 years ago and no issues, I would recommend it to anyone. For sure put a new water pump in while you have it all apart, a new Stant OE pressure radiator cap is also a good idea.

Ok will do, do you have any pics of how you ran the trans lines?

Only pic I have is where I put the sender... but I ran the cooler lines threw the oval hole in the front header panel to get in front of the radiator, I put the trans cooler in front of the mechanical fan so it will always have air flow.

Did u buy a kit or just some hose from hardware store? I've seen the kits and they are expensive I pretty much only need hose and clamps. I have the cooler already lol the sending unit I'll buy as a kit obviously.

It was a b&m kit don't remeber what size but I think it was around 60$. I like it because it has a thermal bypass so it will bypass the cooler when the fluid is cold.

Rough Country never seizes to amaze me... threw jeep on lift today after work to swap out the "x-flex" joints on the front LCAs. Both were shot, so I do the one, no issues, go to the other side and the ****ing threaded washer that holds everything in there tight is all bent to hell and striped half way around. Obviously i had to reuse the POS to get home and the joint didnt last long. ****ing cheap *** metal they use! I guess from wheelin and flexing the thing got all egged out and just gave out. ROUGH COUNTRY SUCKS ***!! Not even gonna bother trying to get another end from them cause im tired of working on their ****. Just gonna park the thing and do minor things here and there and save up for new arms and leafs since the brand new, yes i said BRAND NEW, ones are already starting to make noises and the pack has shifted!! things didnt even last 5k miles... i honestly think there is under 3000 miles on them. Im half temped to sell the damn thing and build another one..

You stop that lime green idea right now

So many people to thank here's a start to the list
Spidertrax, Yukon, rustys, warn, branik, PSC, advance adapters, Bad wheels, interco, essentially off-road. And many more

Most of all thanks too Ian Johnson and the xtreme off-road crew for all their work, and 4 wheel to heal for their part in it too.
