Thanks man, she's a 98. Bumpers are always fun, I used 3/16" MS plate.

Received a little box last night, plan to tackle this job today. Along with some RE 4* degree shims for my rear axle. Some updates later as I make progress.

We'll have doing some reading through my Haynes manual, and some troubleshooting I've come to realize that my head gasket is ok. However my oil filter O- Ring is compromised along with oil pan & rear main seal. So those will be taken care of next... I did replace the valve cover gasket, which was leaking pretty bad. Took her to the top of the street for a little flex'n after all the work was done. image-2533561227.jpg I was able to scrape the old gasket out completely and clean the surface with acetone. Welcome to the cut quarter club. Looks way better and working/dirt removal in that area you have now exposed is 10x easier. Time for a sick wrap around bumper.

I need to fold my quarters so bad, I'm just afraid it will look like crap with my jcr bumper

Do it, it's very easy. I don't regret it one bit. Just do what this guy did, I followed his guide & he build a wrap around on his JCR. Good write up

I've seen his thread, it's very nicely done. I think it would defeat some clearance purposes. I've thought of maybe cutting it to a stubby type, i don't know

You can mod it make it work pretty easy. I love my cut n fold and wraparound bumper, lets me get a little more rowdy on these 32s haha.

Tonight i had about an hour to myself after dinner while my girlfriend went out somewhere. So i pulled the jeep into the garage, turned on the radio and finally re mounted my Vacuum canister. Ever since i added the new front bumper i haven't relocated my canister nor both my horns. I can check the canister off the list now. Well here are a few photos of the new location and how i did it.It's right next to the passenger side upper shock mount. In your last photo you can see the metal can like object in the center. Just under where the metal line hooks into the can, do you see what looks like a crack? That is your air condition accumulator/drier. If its a crack its nothing to stress about, just something you would want to replace. It may just be the paint is about to chip off, either way I'd take a closer look at it.

Finally took care of my lower 1/4's. I couldn't for the life of me get the adhesive from the trim off. I tried it all! Plus the paint seeped through the tape so the lines didn't look good. Looks a lot better now though.
