Autopal: how to buy upgrade bulbs?

So, I went to the ebay page, went to the Euro 200mm Cherokee listing, and submitted a bid at $4 over the $26.95 asking price with text asking for the 100/55 WHITE bulb upgrade.

He never approved the bid. WTF? Who has ordered the Autopal H4's with upgraded bulbs, and how did you do it?

Just buy it now. They come with bulbs that you DO NOT want to use.

Buy the AutoPals and go to WalMart and get some Silver-Star H-4 Bulbs.

The AutoPal lamps are pretty good for the price, cheap H-4 bulbs suck.

I sent him a message stating that I wanted the 100/90w white bulbs. He sent me a new invoice later that day. I figured for 8 bucks, why not? After they burn out I'll get better bulbs.

I bought now and added the $10 for the 100/55s or whatever they were. He shipped next day. Super whites, very happy.

Ah. I did a Best Offer: Make Offer and didn't get a resposne.

I just cancelled and did the buy it now.

(first time using ebay to purchase, for anything.)

As for the bulbs, they come with the lights. I might as well pay $4 for a brighter high beam. If/when they burn up, I'll get a better bulb. Until then, why not use them? A bad H4 in autopals with an eauto harness is still DRAMATICALLY better than stock.

Three days to ship seems excessive, especially going into a weekend which would put shipping next week. Bought the eauto harness at the same time and it was shipped same day, delivered today.

If I don't get a tracking by monday, I'll cancel and go with IPF's, Rampage, or Hella's for $20/$30 more.

Totally... I did just this and the AutoPal bulbs truly do suck. The AutoPal housings with the SilverStars and the upgraded harness are pretty bright.

As an update: Eight days after purchase and payment, and they still haven't even shipped yet.
