Im not here to hate... exactly... jeep is very nice and a beautiful color. And props for doing your own work....

...but i didnt see that many right angles on my college geometry test. I would rather listen to Justin Bieber while setting fire to my lower extremities than view another pic of that bumper.

But that is purely an opinion. On a constructive criticism standpoint, no matter how beefy the bumper may be, you need to tie into the unibody rail better. Bumper isnt so strong if its laying on the ground after pull, even if it would make us all happier.

Any plans for a bigger wheel/tire combo? That could offset a bit of the gawkiness it currently has.

bigger tires arnt in the plan just yet. The grabbers are less than year old and they do good so far. Id like to go bigger but regearing isnt in my plans before i graduate college. i may get some summer tires around 32-33 but will likely stay at 30 most of the time.

don't build up a vehicle to much unless the person with the title is always at good terms with you. a buddy of mine had a mail Cherokee all built from top down he had about 16G into it and he went out to a party mudded it, and he bought it from his GF aka mail carrier and she saw pics of him mudding it at the party and called a tow guy and impounded it at his lot. they broke up she has the jeep and since he didn't take the title and sign it, that he bought it he just left it in her name. she has a 16g jeep now for herself and is selling it already. just make sure you and him get along before you go throwing tons of cash into it. why did you want different axles under it anyways

Im on great terms with my dad. Its just the fact that since its techniacly his still he doesnt want me doing crazy things to it. I got it as a commuter vehicle to VT for college and he wants it to stay reliable and staockish. After college he has no problem with new axles. I was gonn ado new axles to eliminate the need for a new rear DS or sye

It can take time, just show him you are responsible and can take care of it. Do small mods that will eventually lead up to bigger mods.

You don't get out much then do you? It's not hard to put that kinda cash into one. Hell a set of built pro-rock 60s will run you 8-10 grand alone depending on the build.

Lol your too funny! I have several thousand posts spread over more than a few forums! And the vast majority of them are constructive and helpful posts and write ups involving most every facet of building safe and fun off road and DD jeeps. Not spent pumping my post count by trolling. Get a ****ing life. It's jack asses like you that don't understand what it means to be a jeep owner! And you my friend are not deserving of the jeep you drive! If in fact you even have one! IMHO!
