THINGS TO DO!!!!!

-Cut Rear Quarters....tired of hitting them on ****

-Busch Wacka remoooval Rear is Off and Im assessing the damage by the previous owner(inch gaps between inner and outer panel) There is still some small half inch piece that I can cut n fold.

-Figure what to do for the Front Wacka's plasma, tin snips, air saw,or sawzall. Pick the Poison

-Re Do My rear storage...Im liking carrying a floor jack but dam its heavy and strapping to the spare is not gonna continue to cut it.

-Rear Bumper Extensions to protect rear quarter cuts. Pullin Strings for pipe as we speak. Tube Bumper on the Rear gonna get some pipe smaller od than Id of current bumper slug it and have a 90* bend towards the quarters.

MAJOR DECISIONS
Keep and Slow Build the 44/9 I just got
Build HP 30 with Rcv's or Chromoly
Upgrade in tarsfrom 32 to 35's

So......I believe the Bushwackas may be going back on! I have epoxied the passenger side front flare and now just have to figure out how to mount it

Acquire some new stuff for the Jeep....

Im gonna put some pipe with 90*bend in the tube rear bumper to protect the new cut 1/4's, Reinforcement wit some angle that will use 1 hitch bolt, then a piece of 1/8 thick 2"wide flat to connect the pipe to the angle.

for a pipe cap I was gonna buy these to weld on
http://www.barnes4wd.com/product_inf...oducts_id=1983

but im always cheap... Upper Shock Bushing Tabs for shox on a wrangler fit the pipe end fine..did shox on saturday on a strangler and now have new pipe end caps FO FREE im cheap

Little Update.....dam is it hard to find time to sit and just work on this thing. I dont have a garage at the place I live so I have to use my dads and It just makes it plain out difficult to work on after work and get dinner at my house

So the Busch Wackas or Bush Catchas however u refer to them....are gone and the fender are trimmed more effeciently than they were with the wackers

TO finish the fender they need Caulk to fill the wacker holes and paint match the Rhino Lining

Picked up some mexico door trim but in BLACK to finish the edges

The Inner Fenders front and rear are gonna get bombed black when Im said and done ooooooo purdy

AND FOR REFERENCE THESE ARE 33's FROM MY WRANGLER

Key to the Gate.....Crozet is pretty badass from what Ive seen and wheeled

Well I figured sheet metal and Rocks are not goin to like each other.. SO I'm in the progress of making something to protect my cut lower rear quarters..
Was planning to have this pipe bent but a curve ball got thrown at me when I went to http://www.jlfabrication.com/ Rob and I stuck it in the bender with 1 5/8 die and it wouldnt slide n I was like WTF ends up the free pipe I got is essentially Poop Pipe lol not for really any structural support say for a cage....yet it still has a pretty thick wall
Well anywho its only gonna protect sheet metal so I in turn had it cut at 45's to gimme my 90* angle needed to come out of My bumper.

Its Hard to beat FREE!!!!!!

yes it is double sleeve with exhaust pipe to pull together the gap in the pipe 1 5/8 to 1 3/4 is a decent air gap
