Bought an axle set for 700 bucks. Dana 44 and HP30 geared 4.56 and Aussied rear. The 30 was from a postal jeep so the track bar bracket was on the wrong side. So in turn I went and had a BEEF *** trac bar bracket made from some 1/4 stock. It was made at JL Fabrication in Harrisonburg. Guy goes by the name of Rob is a welding machine... no joke it looks like a perfrect stack of dimes. Went to swap in this setup seen here.

It was the postal HP 30 everything was going great Dad and I had it torn apart and Dad made the awesome suggestion to pull off the cover. So I pulled the cover and found the vanilla milkshake and 3 ring gear teeth cracked to the heal GREAT!! so then bolted back up my 355 HP30 and ran No front d/s

then proceeded to trash the seller on the forum

So we then headed for the rear. This swap went pretty flawlessly. Checked the brakes, seals, and aussie operation then proceeded with wrenchin. All went pretty well changed the fluids and swapped on a Rockcrusher cover I picked up on sale for 75 beans on an inventory reduction.

Ran this for the past year.. Always since day one the thing had a whine to it on the drive side of the gear just thought it was a little bit of a depth issue but never pursued it til it got LOUDER. Turns up that the pinion bearing was pretty much toast. Tax Refund time came around and it was burnin a hole in my wallet. I picked up 456 yukon gears,Yukon Alloy Shafts, and the New SPARTAN locker. Everything to this day seems to be working pretty good

UPDATE!!!

Changed things up a bit..... Ditched the Kargo Master. WOW if your running a roof rack, you have no clue what your jeep runs like when its gone.

Goin for more of a prerunner style look sleek and look like it could take air like a skateboard at the x games

Front bumper has 2 Walmart Baja's coverless with Yellow bulbs to cut dust and fog
