Saw your post on the baltimore thread and came to check the build. We need to wheel sometime for sure, us two doors need to stick together!

I have the same 2 dr with automatic...how much did you say you cut around the wheels? I have some rust just above the flare that 2 inches would take off and the kid that had mine did the big tires with stock suspension n did a number on the rear 1/4s. Im gonna go with 235 wranglers...and trim the fenders I like that look. and at least your seat reinforcement n crossmembers were still healthy I have to do almost my entire floor.
yea man send me a message with ur number i'll shoot u a txt and we'll go wheelin' and i cut probably 2" outta the front fenders and the rear i cut flush to where the fenderwell pinches/meets the body. so probably like 1 1/2". now be careful u dont cut too much cause i did on one rear fender and i had to tac weld the fender tub back to the quarter panel. once i run flat flares ima bedline over where i cut so it will be coated and invisible.
