4.5 inch, 31s and bushwackers?

Hi I currently have a 3 inch rough country lift and bushwacker pocket flares on my 99. I'm thinking about swapping out the rough country garbage for something decent. I'm thinking bilstien 5100s, and rubicon express springs and I'm trying to decide if I should go 3.5 or 4.5. The 31s already look tiny with the bushwackers but my axles are geared to 307, so I don't think I should go with a bigger tire because the jeep has a hard time creepin as it is.
Would it still look alright with 4.5 and 31s or should I go 3.5? Just lookin for some opinions and whatnot thanks

It looks fine, I'm at just under 4.5 up front and about 5 in back:

Yea that doesn't look bad do you have to trim for those flares?

Yes indeed they're the bushwacker flat flares, I recon you could fit 35's with this set up if you wanted pretty comfortably.

I've got the pocket style ones. Someone told me their xj with 3.5 inch lift and 33s was rejected for being two inches too high so idk I'm skeptical might have to throw smaller tires on it to pass if I went 4.5 what else might I have to replace if I went that high?

Track bar and lower control arms. Maybe a T case drop
