5.5", 37's.
FWIW 37's on stock axles isn't all that strong, especially if you plan on pushing it hard. This rig has a Waggy 44 front and a 9" rear.

Have link codes & tried them all. It worked for me on the Dodge forum. I have a feeling it still has to do with file size? I really had to crop some pics for the Dodge forum.

Nice rig are you able to have front wheels hard cranked while fully stuffed? And were you able to fully stuff rear w/o pushing axle back? Really appreciate the input getting ready to start demo on wheel wells.

Here's another shot at uploading pics. See if these show up where I have drawn some lines for cutouts on Driver Front Fender.

Why would you need to shrink the pictures? Those are not big at all. These days suggested image size used on the internet is between 800 x 600 - 1024 x 768. Most computers use a higher resolution than that so images are shown in full and no need to scroll the screen. If you're using ancient hardware or mini- laptop, then you might have problems with that size images.
IMO the pics posted above are perfect size, you can actually see something. They are a bit blurry, but you get the point. Looking at mini-pics like 640 x 480 (or even smaller), you can't really see a thing from then. No detail etc...
About the cut-out lines, you're pretty much spot-on there. The front you can actually trace by the outside of the OEM fender flare. Rear, just cut & fold where the pinch welds are.
There's a lot of unnecessary stuff in front that you can cut, and the pinch seam at the back of the wheel well can be pounded in with a BFH. The triangular supports behind/ below front bezel can be removed as well. IIRC the horns are mounted in those, but you can (and have to) relocate them if you're gonna run bigger tires.

Thanks Timo! I took pictures with my new phone, prob why blurry. Also use phone for internet, it's faster than my computer... Go figure. It was difficult for me to scroll around to see pics, but what you said makes alot of sense for details. Still learnin the up to date phone, computer, & forum thing, though.
I traced around flare, but taking it up another inch. my son's 35's tend to hit it fully stuffed.
A little concerned about tires turned while stuffed, especially behind wheel in front of door/ fire wall. Planning on using son's 35 to gauge cut out for 37's. A friend of mine just broke an axle due to fender w/ wheel cranked. He's taking more out.
Thanks again for the input. I'm all ears when it comes to others experience.

Yeap, it's a tight fit at the back of the front wheelwell. Those damn pinch-weld lips are tire eaters
I suggest extending front wheelbase by an inch or two, although it doesn't sound like much, it makes a world of difference. Another idea is to setup up the front suspension in such a way that during up- or downtravel the axle stays in relatively same vertical line. You'd need to run 3-link mid- or long arms in the front for that though..

Long arms down the road. Looking @ 8x10 w/ 3". Do you think 2" spacers added too much for 5" total? Thinkin it might be too much for ball joints.
