Being a 2k1 the parts haven't even had enough time to rust up really good. Miles are one thing but time is one of the biggest killers of vehicles... IMO
Kinda like Semi-trucks you hear about those having 1,000,000 miles on them but then you take a second look and there only 5 or 7 years old and they have been running more than they sat still.
I think its worth the money. Think about it, those parts are still in great shape and no rust because theres no salt down there. $250 engine drop and you got a 2001 with 70,000+ miles. Not bad.
I just bought my first XJ on monday. Its a 99 with 180,000 on it for $1650 .
